Customer Rewards and Referral Program Policy

Welcome to our Customer Rewards and Referral Program, designed to offer our valued customers an exceptional shopping experience while rewarding loyalty and engagement with our brand. This document outlines the policy regarding earning and redeeming points within our program.

Eligibility: All registered customers are eligible to participate in the Customer Rewards and Referral Program. Registration is free and can be completed on our website.

Earning Points: Customers can earn points through the following activities:

    • Earn 500 points for every $100 spent on purchases. Points are credited to your account after the order is finalized.
  2. Social Engagement:

    • Share our content on Facebook to earn 100 points each time, up to 100 times.
    • Follow us on Instagram or TikTok to earn 100 points.
    • Subscribe to our YouTube channel for 100 points.
  3. Community Contribution:

    • Sign up for our program to instantly earn 500 points.
    • Leave a product review for 300 points.
    • Submit a product review with photos for 600 points.
  4. Newsletter Subscription:

    • Subscribe to our newsletter and earn 200 points.

Redeeming Points: Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at the following rates:

  • 500 Points for a $5 off coupon.
  • 1,000 Points for a $10 off coupon.
  • 2,000 Points for a $20 off coupon.

Referrals: Refer friends to earn additional rewards:

  • When your referred friend makes a purchase, you receive a $10 off coupon.
  • Your friend also receives a $10 off coupon upon their first purchase.

Points Balance and Redemption Process: Customers can view their current points balance and redeem points via the 'Your Points' section in their account dashboard. To redeem points for coupons, simply click on the 'Ways to redeem' section and select the desired coupon.

Expiration of Points: Points expire if not redeemed within 12 months from the date they are earned. Expired points are removed from the account balance and cannot be reinstated.

Modification of Program: The terms of the Customer Rewards and Referral Program are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify point values, redemption values, and eligibility criteria at our discretion.

General Terms: Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. They are only redeemable within our Customer Rewards and Referral Program. Points are not earned on returned items, and if points are redeemed on an order that is later returned, those points will not be refunded.
